Overview

Being active and spending time outside has played a constant positive impact on my mental well being and physical health. From a young age, I grew up playing many sports. Competitive sports taught me valuable lessons of perseverance, adaptability, leadership, and motivation.

Now, I've got the marathon "itch". Having just completed my first marathon, I'm all in! When I'm not running you'll still find me outside. Perhaps in the mountains or any body of water.
