As an associate product designer, I joined an AI driven initiative to provide an MVP experience of a condensed end-to-end audit. In 90 days, our goal was to prove an audit can be automated and streamlined into a unified experience. Week after week, I traveled to Tampa collaborating cross functionally with product teams and leadership in person.

This project was fast paced requiring high competency of complex audit workflows, rapid prototyping, and concise storytelling and public speaking.

Early experimentation and Iteration

Within the first week, I facilitated sketching and iteration sessions then jumping straight into design.

In a fast-paced environment, I quickly learned complex audit flows and translated them to user centered flows.

This process continued in weekly sprints for 90-days. I collaborated cross-functionally with product and development iterating on feedback and new requirements daily. I presented updates to stakeholders and leadership weekly gaining increased product buy in.

Measuring success

Utilizing client data, our MVP product successfully automated key parts of the audit using AI, agent frameworks, and data integrations confirming our hypothesis. We gained global stakeholder and leadership support, providing the team with the go ahead to grow the product at scale. Disrupt established the foundation for the current award winning platform.
