Leadership identified that Rev-GL, a revenue testing experience built by the London team, was becoming inconsistent with other products. I was brought in to create design consistency and align global product teams. As a result, I lead and managed a more senior designer, learned new audit workflows, enhanced existing designs, and delivered updated solutions under tight deadlines.
The problem
The current Rev-GL revenue testing process is slow and cannot handle large amounts of data. Manual work and outdated tools force auditors to review only a portion of transactions, increasing the risk of missing errors hidden within millions of records.
The solution
An automated solution that analyzes all transactions, simplifies data matching, and helps auditors quickly identify errors and unusual activity.
