I'm Jason Moy, a product designer and runner who believes great design - like great training - is built one step at a time.

For the past 3 years, I’ve designed AI-assisted experiences helping user’s efficiently perform complex tasks while balancing my passion for health & fitness as a sub 3 hour marathoner. Bringing my expertise to WHOOP would be a dream come true.

I’m currently at PwC as a lead designer on Next Generation Audit creating the firms first AI-driven global audit platform supporting 350,000+ auditors across 100+ territories worldwide. To date, I’ve supported the sunset of the current audit platform and delivered this 0 -> 1 experience from an MVP to 3 releases in under 2 years.

I led 0-to-1 design for PwC's Next Generation Audit Execute phase, including E2E flows and design system. I designed an AI-powered Evidence Match experience that reduced audit time from weeks to minutes, increasing user engagement and stakeholder investment.

The Boston Public Library’s Special Collections department lacks consistency and clarity across multiple platforms. By conducting an extensive UX audit, prioritizing pain points, and validating design solutions with research, my 3 teammates and I successfully made it easier for patrons to navigate and access materials.

Sustainable refill systems

Consumers are unfamiliar with refillable products, contributing to single-use waste. At P&G, I designed a refillable station concept that integrates physical and digital experiences. This scalable solution introduced a new business market that is scalable across multiple P&G product categories.
